"Nest" was inspired by a some sketches I'd been doing of other lights, only inverted, elongated, and made of strips of paper. It is called nest because of the accumulation of small pieces into a vessel.

| "Nest" was part of The Ten Show in affiliation with Artini of Chattanooga. It was not built specifically for the show but was displayed, along with "LaPapietta" and "A light for Wilson Bentley".
