During a visit to northern Washington, I had the opportunity to build an outdoor sculpture in the distant field. To get to the field, you had to cross gingerly over a wooden plank. In order to bring my materials to the field, I decided to build a bridge. In the end, the bridge became the sculpture, as I was only there for a limited time.
