Because this was a temporary, pop-up restaurant, the lighting was essentially one large mock-up. I chose to add up lighting along the top of a fireplace mantle, and aimed colored light to bounce off the ceiling. The effect from the outside was vibrant through the old windows, and the setting for the interior was dramatic yet comfortable.
